Location is super convenient, just a short walk to Icon Park and other attractions. The breakfast selection is pretty limited and gets repetitive. The heated pool is a nice touch for relaxing after a long day. Room could use some maintenance, as I noticed some wear and tear. it's an affordable option if you want easy access to the parks.

At Sonohotel By Monreale, I was impressed by the spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic shower with great water pressure. The caring staff, especially John and Anna B., genuinely enhanced my experience, making my stay feel like a home away from home. I would happily return!

I truly enjoyed my stay as the hotel is just a short drive to Universal Orlando Resort, making it super convenient for theme park lovers, and I was thrilled to discover that Gator Golf and Adventure Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and a variety of restaurants are all within walking distance, including delicious spots like LongHorn Steakhouse and Shake Shack, allowing for delightful weekend strolls; it's a great base to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the area, though the hotel itself could use some updates.

Location is a huge plus; you can easily stroll to great restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was plentiful, with fresh coffee always available. Unfortunately, the rooms tell a different story. Our first room reeked of weed, and it took some convincing to get moved. The second room was cleaner but still had a broken sofa couch and some maintenance issues. I discovered dead cockroaches in the bathroom, which was off-putting. Staff were friendly, but the overall state of cleanliness and upkeep left much to be desired. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

The room felt a bit outdated with rusty refrigerators and old appliances. The bedding and towels had stains, giving off a less-than-desirable impression. The breakfast options were limited, consisting mainly of mini muffins, waffles, and bananas. It would have been nice to see a more varied selection, such as bread, bagels, and hard-boiled eggs. the bathroom amenities were lacking, with issues like a clogged tub and sink. The air conditioning didn't effectively cool down the room, making for a less comfortable night's sleep. The cleanliness of the property in general left much to be desired, with stained carpets, curtains, and bedding undermining the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, the staff were generally unhelpful when it came to accommodating room requests or addressing maintenance issues promptly.

The temperature control struggled; the AC worked intermittently, leading to discomfort. Noise levels varied, as it was near the pool, but it wasn't too disruptive. The pool area was nice and clean, providing a refreshing escape. Staff interactions were hit or miss; some were friendly, while others could use better training. Breakfast options were limited to prepackaged items, which fell short of expectations.

Had a blast celebrating Christmas near top-notch attractions & dining spots within a short walk. Spent just 10 mins getting to Universal Studios and a quick 18 mins to Disney World-perfect for a holiday getaway. Surprisingly, no roaches in my room! The comfortable mattress helped me wake up without any back pain, and the cheerful day receptionist made each day brighter with a warm smile.

Room 200 needs some TLC; the mattress, bathroom locks, and shower could use an upgrade.

Excellent staff, always ready to assist. The property is highly accessible, making arrival and departure a breeze. My room was prepared for a late check-in-much appreciated. The information desk offered invaluable help. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and an inviting on-site pool enhance the experience. Convenient access to parks via a free shuttle is a huge plus, and the local restaurants are plentiful. cleanliness requires attention. Despite a few lapses, such as the breakfast selection being underwhelming, my child enjoyed the waffle-making station. There's potential here. With diligent maintenance and improved service, this hotel could truly shine.
